From 28th april to 6th june
In this meditation cycle, we will learn practical methods to generate and maintain a peaceful mind, following the essential instructions of Geshe Kelsang Gyatso based on the book CSNPH and the Clear Mind CD. When our mind is at peace, stress and problems naturally disappear.
Class overview:
Identifying the enemy (what is hatred and its faults)
Every difficulty an opportunity (why do we get angry)
Accept, accept, accept (the three types of patience and in particular the patience to accept suffering)
Patience, don’t despair!
Sleep with a clear conscience (the patience not to take revenge and conclusions and action plans for the cycle).
