The Sanskrit word mantra means "protection of the mind." For centuries the recitation of mantras has been used to help us enjoy a peaceful, relaxed and positive mind by using them to transform it from a state of weakness to another of strength or from unhappiness to another of happiness.
In this practical course you will learn: A special meditation that combines the recitation of mantras with meditation on breathing, a powerful method for our mind to really rest and regain strength. How to use a "mala" or Buddhist rosary during our mantra recitations.
