Take advantage of this magnificent opportunity to learn about meditation step by step. Meditation is the mind concentrating on a virtuous object, and it is the main cause of peace of mind. In this retreat at the KMC Madrid La Sierra, we will deepen with guided meditations to familiarize our minds with virtue. The more we become familiar with the greater inner peace, well-being and tranquility we will enjoy. If we lack inner peace, no matter how pleasant the external conditions are, we will not be happy or enjoy well-being and tranquility. Therefore, it is of utmost importance that we train ourselves in meditation. Every time we do a meditation we are doing an action that will make us experience inner peace and well-being in the future. You can make this retreat staying here in the center or you can also come to spend the day and then go home. Dare to get to know meditation and make a retreat in a place especially suitable for meditation, recollection, tranquility, calm walks, pleasant and relaxed conversations... Everyone is welcome.
