Through meditation, we learn to create a space within ourselves and a mental clarity that allows us to control our mind without being affected by external circumstances. Gradually, we acquire a mental stability that allows us to always be happy, instead of oscillating between the extremes of euphoria and despondency.
If we practice meditation regularly, we will finally be able to eliminate delusions, the cause of all our problems and suffering. In this way, we will enjoy permanent inner peace. From then on, day and night, life after life, we will experience only peace and happiness.
