This is a magnificent occasion to put aside all our worries and generate inner peace. Learn to observe your surroundings with a peaceful mind, let the happiness that lies within you arise naturally

We will make a Guided Meditation and we will enjoy a walk in harmony with nature. Learn to be happy and enjoy peace at all times through simple meditations, in this way when the circumstances around you are not favorable, you will be able to maintain a peaceful mind, free from suffering.

Also you can enjoy a delicious and complete Brunch with which to end the activity. Try our vegetarian delicacies, which are already highly appreciated by those who have tasted them 🙂

Tips for your safety

» Bring appropriate footwear for walking in the mountains, it is not advisable to bring open shoes or shoes with a very thin sole.

» You can bring a mat to sit on during the outdoor meditation

» Be respectful of nature, trying to minimize the effect of our presence in the area.
